I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy isn’t small — it takes strength, honesty, and a whole lot of courage.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist, originally from Panama, and I speak both English and Spanish. I care deeply about creating a space that feels comforting, grounding, and real — a space where you can breathe, open up, and grow at your own pace. I love blending gentle honesty with practical tools so you leave sessions feeling supported and empowered.
For almost two decades, I’ve supported people through anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, family dynamics, identity shifts, self-esteem struggles, and all the messy, human moments in between. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around who you are — your strengths, your story, and the version of yourself you’re becoming.
If you’re new to therapy or coming back after some time, I’m honored you’re considering sharing your journey with me. You deserve support, clarity, and a life that feels steady and meaningful. And I’d be grateful to walk alongside you as you get there.
Outside of therapy, I’m usually spending time with my son Joaquin, my husband, and our two dog babies. I love trying new recipes and cooking as a way to be creative and unwind — it feels like another form of art for me. I enjoy comedy, building Legos with my husband, and I’m looking forward to the day Joaquin is old enough to join in (he is 1). I also play the occasional video game. And while I love the beach, I honestly can’t remember the last time I made it there. It’s on my list!
